ISIO is a web development agency based in Iasi, Romania, founded by Silviu Paduraru. We offer web development, web application, SEO, accessibility, and AI agent implementation services.

2. What data we collect
We only collect data strictly necessary to respond to your inquiries:
- Contact form: your name, email address, requested service (optional), and your message.
- Call booking: when you use Cal.com to schedule a discovery call, Cal.com collects your name and email according to their own privacy policy.
- Technical data: Cloudflare automatically collects your IP address, browser type, and country — data necessary for security and performance (DDoS protection, CDN).
We do not collect: We do not use tracking cookies, we do not run Google Analytics, we do not collect browsing data, and we do not create user profiles.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to messages sent through the contact form (within 24 hours).
- To manage discovery call bookings.
- To send an automated confirmation email after form submission.
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties beyond those listed below.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate this website:
Cloudflare (CDN and security)

Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA verification)

Resend (transactional email)

Cal.com (call scheduling)

5. Cookies
This website does not use its own tracking or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security purposes (for example, __cfruid). These cookies are essential for site operation and do not require consent under GDPR.
6. Data retention
Contact form messages are stored in our email inbox. We retain them for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for business communication records. Automated confirmation emails are sent once and are not stored.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@isio.ro.
