Developer & Founder
ISIO was founded by Silviu Paduraru, a full-stack developer with 7+ years of experience building web products. I started writing code in 2018, working on projects ranging from landing pages to complex SaaS platforms with thousands of active users.
Throughout my career I have built: web accessibility marketplaces (AudioEye), real-time analytics dashboards, automated PDF document generation systems, bilingual sites optimized for search engines, and autonomous AI agents that manage marketing campaigns without human intervention. Each project reinforced my belief that web solutions must be fast, accessible, and autonomous.
I founded ISIO with a simple premise: working directly with the client delivers better results than a large agency with layers of management. No overhead, no intermediary "account managers" — you communicate directly with whoever writes the code and makes the technical decisions.

Methodology
Every project follows a structured four-stage process: Discovery (requirements analysis, competitor audit, scope definition), Design (technical architecture, wireframes, prototypes), Development (iterative code with weekly approval checkpoints), and Launch (deployment, monitoring, post-launch support).
We use agile development principles: short 1-2 week iterations, frequent demos, and direct communication without intermediaries. Each stage includes an approval checkpoint — we do not move forward until you are satisfied with the result.
Tools and technologies
My primary stack includes Astro and TypeScript for fast static sites, React for interactive applications, PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM for type-safe databases, and Cloudflare Workers for global hosting with sub-50ms latency.
For SEO I use Google Search Console, Lighthouse, and manual audits of 140+ checks. For accessibility: axe-core, NVDA, VoiceOver, and manual keyboard testing. For AI agents: Genkit with Gemini Flash, cron scheduling, and audit trail systems. I choose tools based on project needs, not trends.
